I provide compassionate and personalized medication management for individuals experiencing ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, OCD, PTSD, and other mood-related challenges. I specialize in working with youth ages 12–17, helping them navigate complex mental health concerns such as Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder (DMDD), Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Complex PTSD (CPTSD), and Reactive Attachment Disorder (RAD).

Before becoming a mental health provider, I worked as a registered nurse in cardiac and neurology care and spent seven years serving as a correctional nurse with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with specialists across primary care, urgent care, wound care, pulmonology, and acute inpatient mental health settings.

These diverse experiences have shaped my compassionate, down-to-earth approach to care. I’ve learned the importance of meeting people where they are, building trust, and working together toward healing and stability.
