Your first visit is a 50-minute comprehensive evaluation covering your psychiatric history, current symptoms, medications, lifestyle, and treatment goals.
After booking, you'll receive intake forms via the SimplePractice client portal. Complete them at least 24 hours before your appointment so Lori can review them in advance.
Well-I-AM accepts Medicaid. Self-pay rates are also available — $120 for the initial appointment, $80 for monthly follow-ups. We accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards.
